Describe your role at Sunovion
I currently lead the Customer Strategy & Shared Services (CS3) team, which harnesses digital and teleservices technologies to enhance customer experiences and engagement. The CS3 team works closely with the marketing, sales and managed markets team to connect customer-centric innovation and authentic experiences for a more personalized customer journey.
How do you think Sunovion is helping patients?
The medicines we market and sell address unmet needs and help treat patients with serious medical conditions. Additionally, Sunovion Answers provides patients with “beyond-the-pill” resources to help navigate the complexities of reimbursement and assist in reducing the anxiety of starting a new medication.

Describe your career at Sunovion
I’ve been lucky to have a diverse career at Sunovion. I started in Managed Markets, led the marketing effort for one of the company’s pharmaceutical drugs, led the East Area Specialty Markets Sales Force, and now I’m leading a diverse and fun group harnessing the best of the new digital marketing practices. Throughout my entire Sunovion career, I’ve been lucky to work with talented, driven folks who want to do something better for our patients.
