Collection of Information

Should you remove yourself from the Niaspan FCT Patient Support Program prior to completion of the 30 day period, we will promptly delete your name and e-mail address information from our records. This information may be used by Company personnel or a third party working on behalf of Company to provide you with information that you have requested.
Company maintains the data collected in an electronic database. Company or its agents may exchange such information with each other or with you over the Internet or intranet systems for the purposes of carrying out the services described in this Policy.
